Shipping Policy


Shipping Policy
We ship every Monday via UPS. All orders must be placed by 12:00 noon PST on Friday for the next Monday shipment. To ensure the best quality, all our products are made to order and shipped same day.

Air Shipments
Due to shipping from California and the type/quality of the products, all orders east of the Mississippi River heading east will be shipped at minimum, 3rd Day Air.

All pie orders out of California will be shipped at least 2nd Day Air due to time sensitivity of the product.

P.O. Boxes and International Shipping
UPS does not currently deliver to P.O. boxes and we can only ship within the United States.

Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the shipment and calculated from UPS’ published shipping rates.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks.

Order Changes and Cancellations
The deadline to change or cancel your order is 12:00 noon PST on Friday before the next Monday shipment.

Since all products are perishable, we will not ask you to return the product. In some cases we will replace product or provide a refund if the product was damaged on arrival or the incorrect item was shipped. For any problems you can reach us through the Contact Us (URL link) page.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that each and every order is shipped fresh. All products are best shared and/or consumed within a few days. Freezing is a great way to store the product to enjoy later.
