How to Re-bake a Pie
Our pies are fully baked and delicious, but bake again for the most amazing crust!
Baking Steps
| 1. Preheat oven. | 2. Place pie on a cookie sheet for support. |
| 3. Cover crust edges in aluminum foil and place in oven. | 4. Remove pie from oven on sheet and let cool. |
Baking Times
| 9" Fruit and Berry Pie | |
| From Room Temperature: | Bake 20 minutes at 400°. |
| From Frozen (do not thaw): | Bake 20 minutes at 400°, then lower temperature to 350° and bake for 20 more minutes. |
| 9" Pecan and Pumpkin pie | |
| From Room Temperature: | Bake 10 minutes at 350° |
| From Frozen (do not thaw): | Bake 20 minutes at 350° |
| 6" Fruit and Berry Pie | |
| From Room Temperature: | Bake 15 minutes at 400°. |
| From Frozen (do not thaw): | Bake 15 minutes at 400°, then lower temperature to 350° and bake for 15 more minutes. |
| 6" Pecan and Pumpkin Pie | |
| From Room Temperature: | Bake 10 minutes at 350°. |
| From Frozen (do not thaw): | Bake 20 minutes at 350°. |
