These rolls are ready to be browned and served hot from your home oven. Our Francese is a traditional, hand-shaped Italian roll with a lightly floured crust.

Unbleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, vitamin C), water, sea salt, fresh yeast, cultured wheat starch, organic malted barley flour.

We ship every Monday via UPS. Place order by 12:00 noon PST on Friday for the next Monday shipment.
